Ponts-et-Marais is a commune in Seine-Maritime with 587 registered voters, the 243rd largest of the département's 707 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 69.2% of them voted, more than the 56.1% across Seine-Maritime, and Unis pour agir won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 33.4%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 26.1%, France Unbowed 14.7%. National Rally did 10 points better here than across France.
