Gruffy is a commune in Haute-Savoie with 1,252 registered voters, the 109th largest of the département's 279 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 74.1% of them voted, more than the 52.9% across Haute-Savoie, and GRUFFY ENSEMBLE won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.
