At the municipal election of March 2026 71.3% of them voted, more than the 52.9% across Haute-Savoie, and RESTEZ UNIS POUR CHEVENOZ won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 39%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 13.5%, France Unbowed 11.6%. National Rally did 16 points better here than across France.
