Casamaccioli is a commune in Haute-Corse with 227 registered voters, the 100th largest of the département's 236 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 49.8% of them voted, fewer than the 68.6% across Haute-Corse, and CASAMACCIOLI 2026 won 11 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.
