Carbuccia is a commune in Corse-du-Sud with 355 registered voters, the 51st largest of the département's 124 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 74.4% of them voted, more than the 69.4% across Corse-du-Sud, and RIUNITI PÀ CARBUCCIA won 11 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 36.9%, Others 17.6%, France Unbowed 14.8%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 19 points worse here than across France.
