About Rieux-Minervois

Rieux-Minervois is a commune in Aude with 1,419 registered voters, the 30th largest of the département's 433 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 74.6% of them voted, more than the 64.6% across Aude, and the list led by Bernard Yagues won 19 of the council's 19 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 33.5%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 18.7%, France Unbowed 14.3%. National Rally did 10 points better here than across France.

Moved to today's national polls, our projection for the 2027 first round here has Marine Le Pen ahead on 46.4%, with Raphaël Glucksmann on 15.8%.
