Biota is a municipality in the province of Zaragoza with 874 inhabitants, the 65th largest of its 293 municipalities. Its council has 7 seats, and 4 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 PSOE came first with 60.1% of the vote and 5 seats, an absolute majority; PP was second with 2. 83.5% of the 747 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
On today's national polls our projection keeps PSOE on 5 seats, a majority, which it holds in 95% of our simulations.
