San Cibrao das Viñas is a municipality in the province of Ourense with 5,558 inhabitants, the 10th largest of its 92 municipalities. Its council has 13 seats, and 7 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 PP came first with 72.8% of the vote and 11 seats, an absolute majority; PSDEG-PSOE was second with 2. 74.8% of the 4,595 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
