Vegadeo is a municipality in the province of Asturias with 3,895 inhabitants, the 32nd largest of its 78 municipalities. Its council has 11 seats, and 6 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 PSOE came first with 43.7% of the vote and 5 seats; PP was second with 4. 67.9% of the 3,251 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
