About Torrevieja
Torrevieja is a municipality in the province of Alicante/Alacant with 83,547 inhabitants, the 3rd largest of its 141 municipalities. Its council has 25 seats, and 13 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 PP came first with 55.6% of the vote and 16 seats, an absolute majority; PSOE was second with 6. 52.4% of the 43,437 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
On today's national polls our projection keeps PP on 15 seats, a majority, which it holds in 98% of our simulations.
