Galluis is a commune in Yvelines with 1,003 registered voters, the 128th largest of the département's 259 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 70.8% of them voted, more than the 54.4% across Yvelines, and UNIS POUR GALLUIS won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 33.6%, National Rally 16.5%, France Unbowed 15.2%. National Rally did 7 points worse here than across France.
