Conflans-Sainte-Honorine is a commune in Yvelines with 24,617 registered voters, the 4th largest of the département's 259 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 52.9% of them voted, close to the 54.4% across Yvelines, and the list led by Raphaël Prats won 29 of the council's 39 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 30%, France Unbowed 27%, National Rally 16.5%. National Rally did 7 points worse here than across France.
