Entre-deux-Eaux is a commune in Vosges with 396 registered voters, the 142nd largest of the département's 506 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 64.6% of them voted, more than the 59.9% across Vosges, and Ruralité, continuité, rigueur et bien vivre won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 39%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 22.1%, France Unbowed 11%. National Rally did 16 points better here than across France.
