Roiffé is a commune in Vienne with 545 registered voters, the 124th largest of the département's 265 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 55.2% of them voted, fewer than the 58.1% across Vienne, and ENSEMBLE POUR ROIFFE won 14 of the council's 14 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 51.4%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 21.6%, France Unbowed 10.3%. National Rally did 28 points better here than across France.
