Mirabeau is a commune in Vaucluse with 1,184 registered voters, the 69th largest of the département's 151 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 78.3% of them voted, more than the 58.5% across Vaucluse, and M V E M Mieux Vivre Ensemble à Mirabeau won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 29.5%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 20.4%, France Unbowed 18.2%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 7 points worse here than across France.
