Camaret-sur-Aigues is a commune in Vaucluse with 4,021 registered voters, the 27th largest of the département's 151 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 59.2% of them voted, close to the 58.5% across Vaucluse, and Camaret, notre village, notre fierté ! won 24 of the council's 27 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 38.1%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 19.8%, France Unbowed 13.6%. National Rally did 15 points better here than across France.
