Puget-sur-Argens is a commune in Var with 7,508 registered voters, the 32nd largest of the département's 153 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 58.5% of them voted, close to the 58% across Var, and L'UNION DES DROITES AU SERVICE DE PUGET-SUR-ARGENS won 22 of the council's 29 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 39.6%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 21.3%, Reconquête 12.3%. National Rally did 16 points better here than across France.
