Le Houlme is a commune in Seine-Maritime with 2,911 registered voters, the 54th largest of the département's 707 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 50.1% of them voted, fewer than the 56.1% across Seine-Maritime, and Osons Le Houlme won 22 of the council's 27 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 30.9%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 24%, France Unbowed 21.6%. National Rally did 7 points better here than across France.
