Arques-la-Bataille is a commune in Seine-Maritime with 1,795 registered voters, the 81st largest of the département's 707 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 66.2% of them voted, more than the 56.1% across Seine-Maritime, and Ensemble, avec vous, pour vous won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 35.9%, France Unbowed 23.7%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 19.9%. National Rally did 12 points better here than across France.
