At the municipal election of March 2026 44% of them voted, fewer than the 51.6% across Seine-et-Marne, and NOUVEL ÉLAN POUR SABLONNIÈRES won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 41.9%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 16.4%, France Unbowed 14%. National Rally did 19 points better here than across France.
