Sailly-Labourse is a commune in Pas-de-Calais with 1,829 registered voters, the 138th largest of the département's 886 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 62.7% of them voted, more than the 60.3% across Pas-de-Calais, and UN NOUVEL ÉLAN POUR SAILLY-LABOURSE won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 44.1%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 21.4%, France Unbowed 14.6%. National Rally did 21 points better here than across France.
