At the municipal election of March 2026 62.7% of them voted, more than the 58.1% across Orne, and Ensemble, vivre et avancer à Rives d'Andaine won 22 of the council's 27 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 38%, National Rally 27.7%, France Unbowed 12.2%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 10 points better here than across France.
