Nogent-sur-Oise is a commune in Oise with 11,433 registered voters, the 4th largest of the département's 679 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 43.9% of them voted, fewer than the 55.4% across Oise, and the list led by Badia Zrari won 25 of the council's 35 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted France Unbowed 45.1%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 19.9%, National Rally 19.3%. France Unbowed did 23 points better here than across France.
