Montiers is a commune in Oise with 304 registered voters, the 392nd largest of the département's 679 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 81.6% of them voted, more than the 55.4% across Oise, and the list led by Denise Ridard won 9 of the council's 11 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 42.4%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 19.2%, France Unbowed 14%. National Rally did 19 points better here than across France.
