About Creil

Creil is a commune in Oise with 15,305 registered voters, the 3rd largest of the département's 679 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 39.5% of them voted, fewer than the 55.4% across Oise, and the list led by Omar Yaqoob won 30 of the council's 39 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted France Unbowed 56.1%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 15.5%, National Rally 15.3%. France Unbowed did 34 points better here than across France.
