Thivencelle is a commune in Nord with 587 registered voters, the 431st largest of the département's 647 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 49.1% of them voted, fewer than the 54.3% across Nord, and Avançons ensemble pour Thivencelle won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
