About Houplines

Houplines is a commune in Nord with 5,993 registered voters, the 71st largest of the département's 647 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 52.6% of them voted, close to the 54.3% across Nord, and HOUPLINES, Notre Passion Commune won 24 of the council's 29 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 32.4%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 25%, France Unbowed 19.8%. National Rally did 9 points better here than across France.
