Flers-en-Escrebieux is a commune in Nord with 3,745 registered voters, the 111th largest of the département's 647 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 57.7% of them voted, more than the 54.3% across Nord, and AGIR ENSEMBLE won 24 of the council's 29 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 41.4%, France Unbowed 25.2%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 17.6%. National Rally did 18 points better here than across France.
