About Tsingoni

Tsingoni is a commune in Mayotte with 5,451 registered voters, the 10th largest of the département's 17 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 71.9% of them voted, close to the 70.4% across Mayotte, and the list led by Hamada Issilamou won 26 of the council's 33 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 40.6%, France Unbowed 30.8%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 11.8%. National Rally did 17 points better here than across France.

Moved to today's national polls, our projection for the 2027 first round here has Marine Le Pen ahead on 50.7%, with Jean-Luc Mélenchon on 20.7%.
