Evron is a commune in Mayenne with 6,515 registered voters, the 4th largest of the département's 239 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 60.8% of them voted, more than the 56% across Mayenne, and EVRON, MODERNE PAR NATURE won 26 of the council's 33 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 34.3%, National Rally 26.4%, France Unbowed 14.3%. France Unbowed did 8 points worse here than across France.
