Sartilly-Baie-Bocage is a commune in Manche with 2,357 registered voters, the 30th largest of the département's 444 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 65.5% of them voted, more than the 57.8% across Manche, and the list led by Laëtitia Vautier won 21 of the council's 27 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 34.9%, National Rally 23.5%, France Unbowed 16.3%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 7 points better here than across France.
