At the municipal election of March 2026 69.4% of them voted, more than the 57.8% across Manche, and EN AVANT SAINT-CLAIR ! won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 35.3%, National Rally 31%, France Unbowed 11.4%. France Unbowed did 11 points worse here than across France.
