Equilly is a commune in Manche with 157 registered voters, the 360th largest of the département's 444 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 59.9% of them voted, more than the 57.8% across Manche, and VIVRE ENSEMBLE A EQUILLY won 12 of the council's 12 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 32.7%, National Rally 25.2%, France Unbowed 11.2%. France Unbowed did 11 points worse here than across France.
