Carolles is a commune in Manche with 906 registered voters, the 89th largest of the département's 444 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 78.9% of them voted, more than the 57.8% across Manche, and CAROLLES, UNIS POUR DEMAIN won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 43.2%, France Unbowed 15.7%, National Rally 12.4%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 16 points better here than across France.
