At the municipal election of March 2026 69.9% of them voted, more than the 56.4% across Loir-et-Cher, and Mennetou, cher à notre coeur won 13 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 36.8%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 21.8%, France Unbowed 13.7%. National Rally did 13 points better here than across France.
