Mazangé is a commune in Loir-et-Cher with 687 registered voters, the 92nd largest of the département's 267 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 67.7% of them voted, more than the 56.4% across Loir-et-Cher, and LA LISTE CITOYENNE DE MAZANGÉ won 13 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 28.2%, National Rally 24.1%, France Unbowed 18.4%. France Unbowed did 4 points worse here than across France.
