About Petite-Ile

Petite-Ile is a commune in La Réunion with 11,454 registered voters, the 15th largest of the département's 24 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 65% of them voted, more than the 55.3% across La Réunion, and PETITE-ILE, NOTRE FORCE COMMUNE won 30 of the council's 33 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted France Unbowed 36.8%, National Rally 27.7%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 19%. France Unbowed did 15 points better here than across France.
