At the municipal election of March 2026 46.9% of them voted, fewer than the 55.5% across Isère, and Avec vous, pour Sainte-Blandine ! won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 35.9%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 20.1%, France Unbowed 16.4%. National Rally did 12 points better here than across France.
