Veyrier-du-Lac is a commune in Haute-Savoie with 1,885 registered voters, the 70th largest of the département's 279 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 61.6% of them voted, more than the 52.9% across Haute-Savoie, and POUR VEYRIER-DU-LAC, CONTINUONS ! won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 46.3%, Republicans 13%, Reconquête 11.8%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 19 points better here than across France.
