Oltingue is a commune in Haut-Rhin with 512 registered voters, the 227th largest of the département's 365 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 48.8% of them voted, fewer than the 51.8% across Haut-Rhin, and Entente communale ensemble pour Oltingue won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 30.7%, National Rally 26.3%, France Unbowed 9.7%. France Unbowed did 12 points worse here than across France.
