Oberlarg is a commune in Haut-Rhin with 120 registered voters, the 361st largest of the département's 365 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 90% of them voted, more than the 51.8% across Haut-Rhin, and UNIS POUR NOTRE VILLAGE won 9 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 25.7%, National Rally 17.8%, France Unbowed 14.9%. Sovereigntists did 11 points better here than across France.
