At the municipal election of March 2026 71.8% of them voted, more than the 51.8% across Haut-Rhin, and Le Haut Soultzbach, un même élan ! won 17 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 29.8%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 22.3%, France Unbowed 14.1%. France Unbowed did 8 points worse here than across France.
