At the municipal election of March 2026 48.1% of them voted, fewer than the 51.8% across Haut-Rhin, and Huningue, fidèles à nos valeurs, tournés vers demain won 24 of the council's 29 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 31.7%, France Unbowed 23%, National Rally 18.8%. National Rally did 5 points worse here than across France.
