Helfrantzkirch is a commune in Haut-Rhin with 530 registered voters, the 224th largest of the département's 365 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 64.3% of them voted, more than the 51.8% across Haut-Rhin, and Helfrantzkirch 2032 won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 32.4%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 26.9%, Reconquête 9.5%. France Unbowed did 16 points worse here than across France.
