Noaillan is a commune in Gironde with 1,339 registered voters, the 154th largest of the département's 534 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 61.5% of them voted, more than the 58.7% across Gironde, and Noaillan en avant won 16 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 24.3%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 23.5%, France Unbowed 22.9%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 4 points worse here than across France.
