Ludon-Médoc is a commune in Gironde with 4,149 registered voters, the 54th largest of the département's 534 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 62.9% of them voted, more than the 58.7% across Gironde, and POUR VOUS ! won 27 of the council's 29 seats in the first round.
