Les Billaux is a commune in Gironde with 870 registered voters, the 216th largest of the département's 534 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 72.1% of them voted, more than the 58.7% across Gironde, and the list led by Fabrice Rieublanc won 12 of the council's 15 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 28.2%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 27.5%, France Unbowed 21.1%. National Rally did 5 points better here than across France.
