Aramon is a commune in Gard with 3,475 registered voters, the 37th largest of the département's 349 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 60.5% of them voted, close to the 59.4% across Gard, and ARAMON UN AVENIR à partager won 24 of the council's 27 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 30.1%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 20.5%, France Unbowed 19.5%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 7 points worse here than across France.
