Mesnil-en-Ouche is a commune in Eure with 3,708 registered voters, the 16th largest of the département's 584 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 55.6% of them voted, close to the 54.5% across Eure, and POUR TOUS AVEC NOUS won 49 of the council's 63 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 35.8%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 27.2%, France Unbowed 13%. National Rally did 12 points better here than across France.
