About Evreux

Evreux is a commune in Eure with 26,301 registered voters, the largest of the département's 584 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 50.6% of them voted, fewer than the 54.5% across Eure, and the list led by Guy Lefrand won 29 of the council's 43 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted France Unbowed 28.6%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 27.1%, National Rally 20.2%. France Unbowed did 7 points better here than across France.
